Who made the first move; Philipp. The “first move” would probably be something intimate but not necessarily sexual, like holding her hand in public or giving her a kiss on the forehead/cheek. Something small - he has never displayed affection like that for anyone, so it would be a big deal to him anyway, and he would be hesitant because for all he knows, she might not correspond.

Who said ‘I love you’ first; I think it could have been Cecelia. It would have been a shock to him at first - he would probably stare at her for a few seconds, wait for her to take it back or to say she was just joking, but she wouldn’t and it would be a messy wave of all possible emotions out there. Y’know, he hasn’t heard that from anyone in a long while. He would ask her if she means it for real and make a stupidly cocky joke about how he already knew that before he finally managed to say it back.

How often they fight; A lot. They rarely go a day without bickering for some extremely stupid reason - whenever they’re together their conversations go from a random topic to teasing each other and to talking shit about the academy  suddenly they’re arguing and there’s literally no in between. But I’d say that serious, damaging fights don’t happen as much; Philipp is very insecure - even if he would rather die than admit it - and gets jealous easily, so they probably fight sometimes because of that. At the same time, there are many, many ladies everywhere that are quite familiar with Philipp - if you know what I mean - and sometimes he flirts back without even realizing it, which would probably bother Cecelia, along with his short temper, his ability to be extremely childish and his anger issues. 

Whose big spoon/little spoon; HAHA Philipp is the big spoon - I feel like he would wrap his arms all around her and sleep with his chin supported on her head, almost like a teddy bear but not quite. That’s when he’d be completely at peace, I suppose - because he finally found it, like, this is it, this is where I’m supposed to be.

What their nicknames are for each other; He calls her names like princess, your highness, wifey - and she hates all of them, which is mostly why he refuses to stop calling her that. She calls him her “grown child” and when she’s not utterly annoyed by him, “Phil.”

Whose the better cook; Well, neither of them cook because they’re royalty, so they have servants to cook for them. But I can’t imagine Philipp cooking, even in an alternative universe - so maybe Cecelia?

Their song; They actually have a playlist. But I’d say that Wonderwall and The Heart Wants What It Wants are their “main” songs. 

Who remembers their anniversaries; Philipp’s memory is shitty and he doesn’t really care about anniversaries. Actually, the only dates he always remembers are his birthday, Cecelia’s, his children’s and their marriage anniversary. 

Their favorite thing to do together (besides sex); I have this headcanon that they love to watch The Voice Germany. I imagine Cecelia, Philipp and their kids gathering and watching the show, and they would bicker about who deserves to win and who doesn’t. Also Philipp would get angry whenever Cecelia expressed how much she liked one of the male singers. 

Who ‘wears the pants’ in the relationship; Neither of them, mostly because I don’t link the concept of “wearing the pants.” But Philipp ends up doing what Cecelia wants most of the time, even if they bicker a lot and he complains and throws things and yells  before finally giving in, so there’s that.

How they would get engaged; Both their countries needed an alliance so their betrothment was basically a political agreement at first.

What their wedding would be like; Philipp doesn’t know anything about decoration and this kind of thing, so their wedding would be like whatever Cecelia wanted it to be. I bet he’d tell her he didn’t like some things just for the sake of annoying her, but at the end of the day she would pick everything. 

How many kids they’ll have; Three or four. I kinda lost count of how many children we’ve headcanoed but I love all of them and in my head they had all of them.

Name: Christoph Phillips-Adler.

Gender: Male.

General Appearance: A mix of his father and his mother. He’s tall, he’s got large shoulders, and his hair is not very different from Philipp’s. They have the same face when they’re angry and the same annoyingly charming smile. Even though everyone says that he’s a small version of his father, his eyes and facial features in general are Cecelia’s. 

Personality: I think he’d be more like Cecelia, personality-wise: responsible, caring for his family and well-mannered; however, he is Philipp’s son. He’d probably be extremely playful and sarcastic, as well as incredibly annoying when he wants to be. Can you imagine him pulling pranks on the servants all the time and causing trouble around the castle? hA

Special talents: An incredible ability to learn new languages quickly and to speak them perfectly. His English and French are so good that no one would guess he’s German. 

Who they like better: He loves both his parents but Philipp is a lot less likely to be mad at him when he does something wrong, so there’s that. 

Who they take after more: Even in the way he speaks and behaves he resembles his mother; Christoph does have his Philipp moments but I’d say that when it comes to character, he’s got most from Cecelia.

Personal Head canon: Christoph has always been interested in Italy and learning italian, but Philipp absolutely forbid him to even think of that. “Are you kidding me, Cecelia? This is ridiculous, I’m sending my son to the moon before I send him to Italy.”
