Unpaid labour is not less work for being uncompensated. Nor does it fail to be of value to the world even if the world does not value it. When we enumerate and quantify all things by a metric of arbitrary measures controlled by a few isolated privileged egotists, we all lose. The ineffable cannot be quantified. Wabi sabi cannot be made into an algorithm and AI cannot break the rules.

I'm pleased to see how well this gets out the smaller bits of vegetable matter, and the short pieces/second cuts. This is definitely a slow way to do this, but then I'm a slow spinner so it's probably about right for me. I don't need to prep the whole fleece & then have a marathon of spinning, I can just comb a little, spin it, then comb more as I like.
