“Happy Birthday, My love.” You said as you watched the love of your life blow out his birthday candles over video chat since he and the boys got stuck late at practice. You hated the long-distance part of you and Wonho’s relationship due to his job, but it was worth it if at the end of the day you still get to be his one and only. You hung up the video call before you felt yourself tearing up. You and Wonho always planned spending important dates together but he couldn’t help his busy schedule and you understood, however, it didn’t hurt any less. You sat on your couch and cried just wishing you could be there with him. You finally calmed yourself down by watching tv to take your mind off things when suddenly you heard a knock on your door. You slowly stood and made your way to the door, you looked out the peephole, but nobody was there. You opened the door and looked around when seven boys jumped in front of you. “Surprise!” they shouted in unison. Wonho smiled and picked you up as he held you close. “it’s my birthday and I needed to see you, you’re the biggest present in my life. I knew when we got off the phone you were crying so, me and the boys stopped practice early to come and see you.” You smiled as he put you down so you could hug the other six boys patiently waiting for their hugs. You went inside with the boys and you all had fun playing games, watching tv, and just enjoying each other’s company. When it got late you were starting to fall asleep on Wonho. Wonho told the guys to go home without him, they left as he carried you to your bedroom. Wonho laid you in your bed and crawled in beside you as he held you close. “I do love you so much” you spoke softly to Wonho as you drifted off to sleep. “I do love you too princess” he whispered and kissed your head before falling asleep holding you in his arms making his birthday night so much better.
