Secret Chibis
No, they aren’t a couple. They are friends-ish, with a one-sided relationship. These two are minecraft Villians I have made/ helped make. The wolf boy’s name is Alphus, the other one is a secret.
Scaring my children 1 instance at a time...
These little bastards are the current bane of my existence.
Those that saw my tumblr over the weekend know that my oldest asked to watch Princess Mononoke. He watched it, loved these guys, loved the movie, and surprisingly did not freak out. Keep in mind he is 6 and yes this is relevant to my morning.
Now during the week I had a number of folks out to our house to give me prices on tree removal along with a licensed arborist (spelling?) who let me know that I have about 5 trees set to fall on my house whenever they feel like or a really good storm comes through. So I really needed those things gone and out A.S.A.P.
Found someone to do it for a decent price that could work around the power lines also factoring into things with one of the trees. Yay mission accomplished! They popped up on my doorstep bright and early (as in 6:45am) this morning.
Now I am thinking my children will be fascinated and entertained. They love trucks, they love machines, surely they will be all over watching these guys work.
So my boys get up and are looking at the windows obviously trying to figure out what's up and why my dogs are freaking out at the windows etc. Finally one of the trees comes down and my oldest boy goes nuts. He bolts for his toy bin and gets out his toy sword and then is after the dogs and he's going "Mama! MAMA! They're hurting the head guys!"
It took me five minutes of calming the kid before I realized he meant the kodomas...
Additional time and attempted explanations were resisted so finally I did what all great parents have done before me. I lied through my teeth to my child. I told him that the men made it a point to make sure all the kodomas were moved out before they started cutting.
He seems to have accepted this, but it still sitting with his sword watching all this work with a dog on either side.
Yeah you let those guys know you're watching them wolf-boy...
