WOD: The Plan to Thanksgiving
Subject to change, given life events and the weather ... But, this is the rough plan for now until Thanksgiving, October 13th!
Mondays:
30 minute mid-intensity cardio
45 minutes weights
Tuesdays:
Morning - 1 hour swim
Evening - Rowing practice
Wednesday:
30 minute high-intensity cardio
45 minutes strength - focus on core and upper-body
Thursdays:
Morning - 1 hour swim
Evening - Rowing practice
Fridays:
Active recovery day
Lunch hour yoga class
Saturday:
Club Row
Sunday:
1 hour dance class
Today's wod is rowing and double unders. Two things I hat / suck at I will destroy them tonight! !!
Good wod so glad that I didn't skip. Now practice tattoos food and figuring out how to get out of bed say 4 am to run tomorrow

1st Crossfit Competition!!!
So, my first Crossfit competition is in the books, and it was great!
I competed in Banjo Beatdown, put on by Life AsRX (which is a great company!) It was in Melbourne, FL. It was an amazing time with all my crossfit teammates cheering everyone on and overcoming our fears and many obstacles.
This competition was by no means an easy one! There were heavy weights, pullups (probably my least favorite thing currently) but all in all, it was a great experience and I am hooked! I placed 23 out of 50 awesome girls, and I am super proud of myself and my teammates! Less than a month to the next one, Clash of the Fittest!

explored the beach caves at coral cove beach all day with ally, grant, and dan.
watched "bad teacher" and "hall pass" with ally, dan, and mom.
finally wrapped christmas presents.
just completed my WOD (better late than never i guess):
5 rounds: 5x burpees, 30 second plank, 10x squat jumps, 30 second plank, 5x burpees
completed in 16:31 minutes. a lot more intense than i thought it would be, definitely sweat quite a bit.
finished with some yoga to cool down.
now working on some choreography.
