Ok can I rant for a min? The issue with like people talking about POC representation and complaining about it is that there are already a myriad of books, tv shows and movies starring, written by and produced by black women, woc, etc. most of you just donāt want to look for it.
I mean itās getting exhausting. I see these films and shit get zero traction online but you can find a million people complaining abt āārepresentationāā. Like you only watch marvel movies and cinema that was deemed appropriate by its box office weekend numbers. This is also how I feel about female rappers. There are many who donāt shake their butt if ur mad listen to them. Damn. But you donāt lol. You just like to COMPLAIN.
