Me: 

Jester has been known to ban people who have unpopular opinions on the forum. Not offensive/hurtful opinions, just ones not many people agree with.Along with that he has his moderators edit out any form of lgbtqia+ content. This is not human rights stuff, no arguments or sensitive topics, it's that if people even mention that they aren't straight, they are edited out by moderators.

Once, a thread was started by a boy who had asked why people weren't ok with him wearing nail polish. Many replied with things along the line of "People are so closed-minded they will find harm in everything. You can wear nail polish if you want to". BUT all comments that specifically said "It's ok for boys to wear make up and nail polish too" were either deleted or edited. 

Many people have come out on central, and a few wizards here have said they were either banned or their comment/thread was taken down.

Anything that questions gender roles (even without any form of argument or violent intent) is taken down/edited.

Central is also known for being extremely group oriented. If you're not liked by Jester, you're pretty much guaranteed to be edited more often than not.

I have seen some posts of mine saying "edited at _____" when I know for a fact I had never edited anything, and seeing that either a certain phrase or word would have been removed despite it being completely ok to say??

He'll bend his own rules to his favor pretty much. If Jester likes you, you can get away with literally anything. Rude comments, bullying, spamming, you name it. If he likes you, you're above all else.

Which brings us to the cliques. Popular Centralians can get away with anything. But if your not apart of some form of well known group, you'll be temporarily banned or chastised for minute offenses. In some cases he'll even ban you for things not listed in the rules. 

Got an unpopular opinion Jester doesn't like? Banned.

Call out a popular Centralian on something? Banned.

Encourage anything on destroying gender norms and/or support of lgbtqia+? Banned.

TL;DR: Jester is literally a grown man who will try his hardest to find a reason to ban you if you are not someone he likes.
