To be honest I have not been feeling super creative lately. Which is ok because we are not required to be productive during this pandemic. But this week’s @wpthejournal prompt, #selfportrait, was too good to pass on. Self portraits have gotten me through some tough times in life and it was fun to snap some frames today. Molasses | self portrait | Without Disguise | 2019 Today is one of those days where my body feels like molasses and it’s a struggle to get out of my PJs. My mood is fine. I’m overall content and not even that stressed, but this week I feel like a turtle and all my actions just seem to take longer. Last week I went to yoga everyday of the week and I’ve been getting plenty of sleep, so it’s not like I haven’t been doing plenty of self care. Sometimes depression isn’t an emotion.
