a combination of meditation, psychedelic drugs, and research! i learned how to open my third eye and relived some of it. a lot of it is from dreams as well, as all of it went hand-in-hand with my flashbacks (for example, i have reoccurring dreams of a car crash i experienced in my last life- now i'm scared of driving). you can also infer a lot of things about a past life by typical things such as phobias and feelings of nostalgia from things you seem to have no connection with (maybe songs, landmarks). it has come very naturally for me and at this point in my life my spirituality is very strong.
