Walking toward the stranger with water dripping off her pointy hat, she piped up. “Excuse me? Who are you?”
It was true that this stranger had literally just appeared. The Time Lord signified as 'XI' had arrived in a flash of electrical energy owing to a device strapped to his wrist. He thought he had heard something whip past overhead moments earlier and turned at the sound of a girl's voice.
