The bandits hounds dealt with, Geralt moves in to take down the remaining four bandits. The first using IGNI and a nearby explosive barrel to take down one, a second quickly shut up permanently and the final two on the ruins.

The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt - Traversing the Game World Short 18 - Bow, Blade and Freeze

Heading away from Benek and back to the south, not far south of the village is a bandit camp in the ruins of what appears to be an old mill. Continuing to take down the bandit camp, a second bandit is hit with a couple of bolts from Geralts crossbow, a few hits from his steel sword which also freezes the bandit.
