special magic: summoning an army of human-sized KFC dolls and a barrier of blades as shield. she’s taking a lot of use with all kind of sharp objects, of course her cleavers included. not only to cut her enemies apart but also to cut away all lies.

witch rena believes strongly that she brings justice to the entire world of humans and witches by cleaning away all the trash. simply, killing everyone she sees as ‘enemy’ or ‘bad person’ ( thus including innocent individuals ) she thinks she’s the most innocent witch and calls herself at times 'avenger’. however the truth is, she’s just badass insane and not even able to differ good from bad’  anymore.

personality

rena as witch of cuteness is the darkest side of ryuugu rena. she is the other side of the usual ‘happy’ canon-verse rena. different than some of her human kakera versions, the witch version of her remembers each and every world she ever experienced in her lives. thus including all the worlds of her other selves in (higurashi) even her versions that she didn’t even met. she also remembers how she found her death.

moving on, due to all the insanity and tragedies she went through in all of those different hinamizawa and as final blow, the reason she found her death at rokkenjima, witch rena became completely insane. (much like rika when she became bernkastel) . but she’s not only bad, she’s a witch on the line of good/bad, perhaps similar to lambdadelta.

witch rena loves strawberries and strawberry tea, she loves a lot of sweet things. and she admires and loves adorable things more than anything ( thus includes things who aren’t even really cute in the first place but just odd ) sometimes, she’s a very cruel witch that hasn’t much left of a “good” character, at these moments, she is more of a sadist and takes pleasure in seeing others suffer. yes, she then can be violent and gets easily angered and hates lies more than anything. she still has an obsession in protecting her own “happiness”. even though there’s no happiness there anymore but just an illusion. she’s refusing to believe the truth. she gets easily pissed off at those who don’t cherish happiness, or even kill off their family and friends. because even as a witch, she’s unable to understand how anyone can murder his own family and friends just for the sake of his own sick pleasure or to entertain some theatergoers for example.
