Behind the counter a few people people making coffees in mason jars and mismatched mugs. Brewed teas made from brews of herbs bottled behind them on a large shelf labeled in lazy cursive..

“Spellman’s blend: black tea leaves, lavander, oats”

“Hecate’s soothe: Chamomile, black tea leaves, cinnamon, cardamom.”

In a happy little corner a bookcase of books, some new and old, ranging from fiction and fact, all about magic and nature. A small sign that hangs above…

“please do not spill your drink , as the books are quite picky when it comes to tea.”

A second door that leaves to a garden patio, a few tables, but different herbs growing the very ones used in the teas, you hear a sound different from the calm different music humming in the warm room you just left… “ribbet ribbet” you hear frogs happily living their lives amongst you, as twilight approaches crickets begin to make the cries known.

Why isn’t there a coffee witch? Or like a cafe witch? We have tea leaf readers; why not a coffee grounds reader? Why not make pendulums out of coffee beans? Cute little coffee bean runes? Enchanted brews from all over the world? Coffee potions? Coffee hexes? Sigils on coasters that are activated when you place your cup of joe on them? A cafe for spirits? Invoking the spirits of the best coffee makers in history? Partner with the tech witches and open an Internet cafe for witches only? Or a coffee/tech witch coven? Observing the steam from a customer’s brew to tell their future? Bags of coffee with the major arcana on them and they each have particular flavors?! Hexing ungrateful Starbucks customers for fun? Making Halloween or monster themed brews so those who drink it can talk to spirits or find a vampire or make out with a werewolf? Idk

As I was working today I thought of a really cool idea for my tarot/witchy shop that I want to open up one day.

Picture this:

A little hole in the wall store lined with bookshelves.

Books of all kinds of metaphysical knowledge. (Example: how to read tarot, properties of crystals, what is astral projection, 101 on spellwork, etc.)

Crystals on top of the shelves, some for sale some to help the flow of the shop and to protect it.

Fluffy couches, chairs, and pillows all over the store. Little end tables and coffee tables to sit and read or work. Be it homework or witch work.

A counter in the corner where I'd sell coffee and tea. Maybe a light snack or two. All organic and handmade to order.

List of the metaphysical properties of each herb in the teas or food. Like drinking peppermint tea for protection.

A small room in the back for my tarot readings I'd book during the day. Private and cozy with a box of tissues just in case.
