This is my late Christmas and early New Year gift for you, guys! May your 2026 be filled with joy and warmth!

As the title says, it's a CC-free Christmas market lot. The stalls are purely decorative. The lot has a huge skating rink, a cozy restaurant, a bar, a coffee machine, a pool table, a fireplace and a mistletoe for Christmasy dates. Everything you need for your Sims to have fun and stay warm!

Industrial Apartment Lot - 89 Lothario Street - floor plan

It's a 2x2 lot. Let's ignore the fact that technically anyone can peek into your flat through that conservatory roof part :D It was inspired by this lot by Simmergetic.

Now and Zen Yoga Studio - floor plan

It's a 2x2 business lot owned by my playable sim Lesly Lalo. If you're planning to build a yoga studio, I highly recommend this yoga mat.

Wishtown Town Hall - floor plan

This is a 3x2 business lot owned by my mayor sim. Citizens can buy some.. documents from this set here. The idea was as if they're signing petitions or something like that :D Also, some magazines and CDs. And more magazines and newspapers. It also has a photo studio which isn't functional right now, but I might sell some Wishtown scenery pictures there. The reception area is also purely decorative.

Wishtown Public Library - floor plan

It's a 3x2 lot. Unfortunately, sims don't read books autonomously on a community lot and this library mod doesn't work properly for me (read the comments of the original post). If there's a library mod that I'm missing out, let me know, please. I wish I had a functional library :) Right now, sims mostly chat and play chess on this lot.

I got a request to share floorplans of my lots. I decided to go in chronological order. The first lot that I built in Wishtown was Central Park.

It's a 3x3 lot. I used lot adjuster for this lot, so it has 4 driveways! It's always so pleasant to watch when sims arrive from different directions :)

It locates near Sim Eleven Supermarket.

Here's the area for dogs and they have an access to walk outside.

And the area for cats with lots of cat condos and scratching posts :)
