 “I’m sorry.” Kamui aplogized before kissing Caeldori again. “Do you know how hard it has been for me?” The Princess asked. “Every time I see you my gaze always lingers on your lips. and every time I’ve found myself dying to kiss them.” She confessed.

 Kamui brought her hand up and caressed the red head’s cheek a bit before running her thumb along her lips.

 Kamui was full of excitement. Sure everyone she loved from both kingdom’s would be attending her holiday dinner and party, but she was honestly most excited to be able to spend time with Caeldori again. 

 Everyone from the two armies were attending, but that particular girl had helped Kamui through so much when Jakob and Felicia would be busy. Not to mention the affections she had been harboring since the days they’d spend all their free time together.

 With Kamui queen of Valla now and rebuilding going smoothly the invisible kingdom was back on track. It was at least rebuilt and well enough that an entry to the kingdom could be openly made and guests wouldn’t have to navigate a strange world.

 Azura, felicia and Jakob were currently helping the chef as she was still short on help. It was possible this event could be a huge strain on the poor woman, but she was more than happy to cook and allow the Vallite Queen to host this occasion. 

 Though she had invited everyone and everyone replied with a resounding yes, Kamui had specifically wrote in her invitations to Tsubaki and Caeldori that she would be happy to have them arrive hours in advance. In Tsubaki’s case she had wrote about the need for aid. For Caeldori Kamui had wrote about how much she missed her. In scrapped invitations she had even wrote confessions, but saying that on a paper scared her more than saying it outright. Her trip to Hoshido earlier this year lacked seeing Caeldori as the girl was busy, so had been roughly a year since they saw each other.

 Queen Kamui made her way to the banquet hall where she began helping what few servants she could afford for setting up the massive table where they would all dine.

 “I wasn’t the only one worried you know.” Amber lectured while doing the dishes. 

Many of the kids were out like a light by now. Others would probably be asleep soon enough themselves, it was after ten at night after all. No one had seen hide nor hair of Caeldori since breakfast, something that had plagued the dragoness and many of the kids minds for the day. She hadn’t even been back for long at this point.

Elincia had been wandering around Hoshido for days. She had no clue where she was or how she had come to be here. Amidst her confusion she found her way to the capital where due to exhaustion she had found herself under a tree. In a matter seconds she was out like a light.

 Amidst her wandering she had traded in her human ears for wolf ones while allowing her tail to be shifted into being as well. Part of it was to make better use of her good hearing by using her wolf ears more like a sound radar than her human ones. The tail was simply just an add on in her decision to change.

“Hey. Can I talk to you for a moment?” Anna whispered to Caeldori. “In private that is. This is more personal, not anything to do with a sale of any sort.” She continued to whisper. “It’s about your unfortunate incident. The rather messed up one involving a huge jerk of a guy.”
