          Sam still wasn't over it.

          He rushed right over to the angel and stared at him hard, trying to figure out if he was really there or not. Sam'd thought Cas was dead-- thought Heaven had ripped him apart for what he'd done to Samandriel. The entire situation was ridiculous and strange and put Sam's hairs on end. Why was it that Castiel had sworn never to go back home, and suddenly he was all for Heaven's will again?

          "Cas," Sam managed, breathless. "We've been praying for you."
