These Perfect Baked Buffalo Wings are crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and loaded with spicy buffalo flavor. They're the ultimate crowd-pleaser for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients: 2 lbs chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed. 1/4 cup unsalted butter. 1/2 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot. 1/4 tsp garlic powder. 1/4 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing for serving.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Put parchment paper or aluminum foil on the bottom of a baking sheet. Use paper towels to dry the chicken wings, then put them in a big bowl. Bring the butter to a low boil in a small saucepan. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce and mix them in well. Add the sauce to the chicken wings and toss them around so that they are all covered. Arrange the chicken wings on the baking sheet in a single layer. Add pepper and salt. After the oven is hot, bake the dish for 45 to 50 minutes, flipping it over halfway through, until it is golden brown and crispy. Hot baked buffalo wings should be served with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing to dip them in.
