I can only imagine Willow with one kid, the little brown-haired girl who looks like she did when she was that age. A little girl whose hair she braids into pigtails and plays princess dress up with but also teaches to be as tough as any of the boys at school even if she's wearing a flowery dress.
She gets up extra early so that her coffee has kicked in by the time Lucy leaves for school (and then immediately crashes back into bed if she doesn't have work later). She fosters independence and self-reliance, but never says no if someone has a bad dream and wants to sleep in the big bed. She thinks that kids learn from their mistakes, a little dirt never hurt anyone, and a fews scrapes are fine, but if someone were to ever actually threaten her daughter. Heaven forbid something comes back about this coven nonsense, or anyone specifically looking to harm her or her family because she will fuck. you. up.
And because everything to do with Willow has to be tinged in angst... Willow doesn't think about this life much because she really doesn't expect to live that long. Even if she does manage to survive her career plan, she wouldn't dare to begin to plant roots with anyone, much less attempt to have kids, without making sure every loose end was tied up with the coven.
For partners, yes, Adam is basically the perfect husband/dad combo material (minus the whole life-threatening job thing, but she's got that too). He's probably the closest thing she could get to normal (and not have to avoid her unsavory past). But--and I'm not sure I've mentioned this before--she is wary of getting too close to him, and what's closer than a ring and kids (because deep down, Willow totally has a romantic streak)? She doesn't want to get too close to him because Adam is a good guy. Like, too good for her. She doesn't want to sully him.
Gabriel... well, I mean, I could see them having a kid, but I dunno that they'd marry, because, well, he's definitely going to outlive her, among other reasons. (Sharing the responsibility of a kid doesn't mean she's going to suddenly be gung-ho about becoming a vampire.) But she'd feel better about it because there'd be someone to look after her girl even if she died the next day. Also the smile on Gabe's face when he looks at kids he cares for...
Ben, well... We all know Ben isn't like to want to bring kids into his world. The possibility of them being a werewolf is one that is far too high (certainly in his current mindset, though I suppose he could loosen up a bit in years to come). If he did finally have kids, he would be the most overly protective parent. A little one falls and scrapes a knee? He is there in a flash. Is someone sick? He brings them juice, soup, stuffed animals, whatever. He's the parent that sits outside the door to make sure they're sleeping well.
