Screw it, some headcanons for Eight-Armed Willy’s dad (his name ain’t Lenny anymore, his new name is William Sr.)
-He was a neglectful father. Never gave Willy the time of day to actually bother parenting him, which lead to Willy feeling lonely. Even if Willy brought up anything about it William would just say he’s “sensitive about it”. Or say “that’s not what really happened, stop pretending you know everything when you don’t”, all that BS
-Hasn't been to see Willy in ages and only came back years later after hearing about his grandkids (Cecil and Pebble). But honestly, Willy was hoping his dad never came back to find him.
-Use to be the most terrifying monster that sailors/pirates have ever faced before Willy claimed the title. Despite being retired he’s shown to be petty and jealous over his own son better than him (and makes sure Willy knows it too)
-Will rant about anything really. Half of the time you won’t know what he’s saying afterwards.
-Has a strong hatred for sharks. no one really knows why but could lead to the history of his bitten off tentacle
-will tell “Back in my day” stories
