As a person who has a Tom Brady/Rob Gronkowski/Julian Edleman/Patriots/Buccaneers stan account side blog:
Let me just say that I low-key don't even care that the Patriots are going back to the Super Bowl.
I really and truly feel for everyone else when they say that they are tired of the Patriots ending up in the Super Bowl and think that it woulda been cool to see some different teams in there this year!!
And the Patriots plus their fans KNOW how polarizing they are...they've all been screaming "WE ALL WE GOT, WE ALL WE NEED!" for weeks now 🥲😩😭
Basically:
I think their coach, former Patriots player Mike Vrabel, has done an amazing job transforming this team!! He and everyone else have worked so hard to get where they're at, especially after going 4-13 in the 2024 season.
But also...at the same time...
AT. THE.
SAMMMMMEEEEEEE.
TIME!!
I dunno, I guess I just feel underwhelmed with all of this!!
And I still love Tom & Rob & Julian!! (And also Drake & Will, heheh!!)
But I also think that it's important to acknowledge some of my complicated feelings about this advancement and to let y'all know that I understand where everyone's "I'm tired of this, Grandpa!" opinions are coming from!!
