Case Study
Month 2 of our Wild Training women's case study is underway! Last month we went for a lot of strength based stuff, which was fun. Used some new experimental protocols and some classic wild training programs to shock our bodies in to action. This month we are upping the cardio and intensity. Using some more classic wild training programs as well as some of our fantastic studio based programs. Think advanced integration and sprint drills :) Food plan is still no grains,dairy,sugar,alcohol and caffeine. This is not much different to what I normally have apart from a few drinks at the weekend and the odd treat here or there. Because of this it's not been too tough, although I had some drinks last night at the redbull Volcom film premiere so fell off the wagon there but it's ok as I am straight back on it haha Fruit for breakfast and nothing bad all day!!!!!

New Challenge!!!
As #Wildtrainerofthemonth I will be setting myself a challenge to lower my body fat and improve my power to weight ratio with power training. The idea is to burn fat through anaerobic training that leads to an aerobic recovery response. Starting stats and measurements to follow. One of my fellow trainers shared this on Facebook and I thought it looked pretty good. Will have to give it a go. I would however leave the Splenda out completely as the bananas should be sweet enough and I am not down with artificial sweeteners.
