That's funny because I think it depends what AU we're talking about,

if we're talking about the more canon AU (which in this case my Silver Moon & Crimson Seas AU), I think some of the Ancient Guards would rather keep their relationship a secret.

Mercurial Knight and Crunchy Chip would DEFINITELY keep their love life in private. For Mercurial, it's obviously because Crimson is a Gem Mermaid and he is the type to not share so much of himself to others. As for Crunchy, he would like to keep his relationship with Financier in private just because he wouldn't want his friends to tease him about it. He wants to be seen as tough, if he is with Financier, well, he would turn to mush now would he? haha

In the Modernly Married AU however, yeah these guys would definitely go on a multi date together as an outing. Maybe it would take Mercurial a little convincing to go along too. He's a busy guy, so is Crimson, sometimes it's hard for them to find time to hang out with others.
