In all her verses, Natasha has perfect balance. She can easily manage en pointe for a significant amount of time without tiring or cramping and on one foot alone as well. Some of this is due to the enhancements of her body and the rest is from practice.

The Red Room in the MCU would make their operatives hold various poses to until even being hit in various places on their bodies wouldn’t do anything but cause them to adjust and remain en pointe. Strangely or perhaps to the relief of many of the girls they never did anything with a tightrope or high wire situation, though with the training they did receive they easily could manage such a thing if need be.

In Her Star Wars verse, the situation is somewhat similar to the MCU in the fact it was part of conditioning and training as a jedi.

For Final Fantasy VII verse, Natasha was a very dedicated dancer from childhood on until Shinra got a hold of her. However muscle memory has her still capable of such skills and feats, and she assumes despite her memory issues that she took lessons as a child and incorporated the medium into her hand to hand combat style.

It’s safe to say that in all of her verses, Natasha could easily balance on knives as seen in this picture.

And she absolutely has a pair of ballet boots, though they only get worn for special occasions.
