[PT-BR] Whytecliff Park fica em West Vancouver e possui várias trilhas, mas sua principal atração é a praia. Aqui a maior dificuldade de entrar no mar não foi a água gelada (depois de um tempo ela até que fica boa) mas sim as pedras, algumas pontiagudas, outras escorregadias (sai de lá com um roxo na sola do pé e um pequeno corte na lateral). São duas praias divididas pelo morro de pedras. Caminhar na praia também é difícil, a melhor coisa a se fazer é escolher um lugar, sentar e apreciar a linda vista. Atualmente, o parque abriga mais de 200 espécies de animais marinhos e é uma das primeiras áreas marinhas protegida do Canadá. Apesar de muitos sites falarem que leões-marinhos podem ser vistos tomando banho de sol na praia durante o verão, só avistamos algumas focas dentro do mar. [EN] Whytecliff Park is in West Vancouver which has several trails, but the main attraction there is the beach. There the biggest difficulty to get into the sea was not the icy water (after a little bit you get used to it) but the rocks, some pointed, some slippery (I had a little cut on my foot). There are two beaches areas divided by the hill of stones. Walking on the beach is also difficult, the best thing to do is choose a place, sit back and enjoy the beautiful view. The park is currently home to more than 200 marine animal species and is one of Canada's first marine protected areas.
