Meeting @bornsmusic was one of the biggest highlights of my 24hr Buffalo adventure to @altbuffalo #tkbc. Not only is he an inspiration musically, he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met. There wasn't a whole lot of time for talking, because if there had been, I had a list of things I wanted to pick his brain on from poetry recommendations to favourite piano music to play. Garrett, thanks for signing my cards, even though TSA almost rubbed it off. I wish I had gotten to see some magic with them, I brought them specially for you haha! I hope the mala I made you brings some enlightenment and peace in meditation. I also hope you love the art as much as I loved creating it, I only wish I had gotten a picture of you with it when I presented it to you. Meeting you was definitely worth flying to somewhere so cold that my soul needed a sweater. Thanks for giving me the perfect soundtrack for getting pack into painting. Ps.
