Day 10/15 Oh man, where did day 9 go? My health has come right today, slowly but surely. I'll be back out into the world tomorrow. 1. Broccoli soup with pan-fried chicken. Really had to force myself to eat this, as I was feeling grim this morning. 2. Spicy tuna fish cakes and a smoothie bowl. Avocado, green apple, hemp seeds, cacao, blueberries, tahini, desiccated coconut, coconut water, topped with pomegranate. 3. Crispy pulled pork salad. So good. 4. Finishing off with one more turmeric latte. I make it with ginger, turmeric, vanilla, cinnamon, pinch of salt, big spoon of tahini and a cup of water. Blitz it all together then heat on the stove.
