White truffe course . When a friend of yours call you to have dinner together with precious white truffle from Alba, you have to go. The Chef @paolodemariafinetrattoria prepare just for us a special course to emphasise truffles taste: apetizer with egg, tagliarini handmade [60 eggs/kg], parmigiano’s risotto and lombo into burrata soup with Zucca. All these dishes with full sliced truffles… it was amazing..!
