After 3 months of dealing with this BS, I've had enough. @culturehustle and @stuartsemple are an absolute scam. I placed an order back in late February which took then a month to send because an item was out of stock (even after I asked them to just ship it without). Once I received the stuff, I found every single bit disappointing. The #pinkestpink was no pinker than some of my other excellent pinks from places like @solarcolordust (same with the blue, yellow, and green), and the #glowiestglow #lit pigments actually were WORSE than my @technoglow pigments. I was also super disappointed with #whitestwhite white 2.0, black 1.0, and the rainbow glaze. I didnt even open palette, which was the "most colorful watercolors," just sent it all back. This was late march. After two months of checking in with them, I have not received a refund, even though the label they provided says it was delivered to them. Every time I email them it's "let me check with someone else" and no action is ever taken Tl;dr not only do they lie about their products (which are average at best), they are a scam and will steal your money.
