Happy 50th Anniversary The Vision and The Scarlet Witch
I forgot to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Been thinking of Ichihime too much. Im glad I manage to draw them even though it was very late. Doesnt matter. I still love them. Theyre actually in romani wedding. I love how suitable Wanda as red bride while Vision as white groom. Happy 50th Anniversary to the strongest avengers couple~! Still stay strong with ScarletVision. Shared this one on Instagram yesterday. It looks like my prediction that we wouldn’t get any real update on Vision Quest was yet again correct. It drops in OCTOBER and we have 1 still (that looks AI generated to me unfortunately) and I guess the theme music (which really didn’t give me any Vision vibes, especially frustrating since White Vision had a really cool musical theme in WandaVision)
I get that Marvel are waiting on these shows but at least Wonderman and Ironheart and the others had SOME behind the scenes news and actual reveals before the trailer. WHAT IS MARVEL HIDING? What’s so secret we can’t even see an image of VISION from HIS show.
It has been 5 years since he was officially in the MCU. In that time they refused to confirm the rumor of the show until it was literally being filmed. And in the years since that we’ve gotten less than crumbs. Meanwhile I’ve been building a world, creating a story and monsters and a hero’s journey for my favorite character that I love. It’s a personal journey for me as an artist, and that’s got so much more weight than the content a big studio pushes out.
So here’s a sketch I did a few years back. As usual I have to make the content I want to see in the world.

This is everything to me because it means Marvel isn’t forgetting ANY members of the Westview family. We had our Wanda-Billy parallels in Agatha All Along, and now an actual Vision-Tommy relationship development.
WandaVision was obviously about Wanda and her mental health, and so she has been the center focus in these boys’ storylines. They’re the sons of the Scarlet Witch who each stole a second life.
But THEY ARE VISION’S SONS TOO!!! And it is glorious that his fatherhood isn’t being swept under the rug just because he was more of a supporting character in WandaVision, and instead his fatherhood will be crucial to his self-discovery in his show - as it should be!!
