It is SO HARD to convince myself that I still love teaching after I receive less than minimal support from admin, spend most of my day mitigating behavioral issues instead of actually doing anything of substance, get critiqued on objectively the most ridiculous things while being observed, all while having unrealistic expectations and excess workload that gets taken home. It is so hard. It is so hard to feel like a human being at the end of the day.
Just wanted to say thank you for the love on the last two fics I have put out <3 it means sooo much. I’m still not quite used to writing fiction and it’s been out of my wheelhouse for a while. I study English at university and I’ve gotten comfortable with creative nonfiction so that may also be posted here too 😝
