My mom says that since I'll likely eat a lot of bad foods (lolno) over the holidays, I need to exercise so I don't gain a shitton of weight. And as of this morning, I actually weigh 92. In bootcamp, we run, do pushups, do planks, weightlifting, aerobics, stretches, strength training. A bunch of stuff really. I'm still sore and I had it three days ago. I was supposed to go last night too, but it rained out.
