Definitely talk to the professor. In my experience interacting with profs and working as a TA, Iâve concluded that most profs do not want you to do poorly. Fight for yourself and your grade. At the very least theyâll feel guilty about it. It canât hurt.
oh wow hi? Yes I will e-mail my prof for sure, and that seem to be very true for some profs because some of my profs went through great length to make sure the class average improves on various of tests. In this case, should it make sense if I submit three papers and my prof takes the highest marks? I shouldn't have assumed that this will be the case, and I should have asked him to specified certain things in the policy before I handed in the essay. So I screwed up first. Though in my defence, the way he worded the policy is rather strange. It said that "students will choose 2 out of short essay assignments", well, it sure as hell didn't prohibited anyone from submitting three papers, and he advised everybody to hand in the first one since it's "easier".Â
you are right, I have to fight for my grade now, I never know how to do that before, but that skill is way too useful in colleges/universitiesÂ
