10. What energizes and drains them most?
Law finds himself energized by intriguing puzzles, though these puzzles may not be intriguing to others. Figuring out how people work, how organs in other organisms work in tandem, and the aspect of proving someone wrong usually can energize him the most.
At the same time, interaction with those heâs unfamiliar with, ridiculous antics, and having to deal with anything regarding feelings is draining to him. Law can get drained by many other things as well, but the biggest culprit is dealing with himself.Â
16. Do they dream? What are those dreams like?Â
Law does dream; usually he gets nightmares, his mind focusing on them mainly. But when he dreams, theyâre rather peaceful, if not heart-wrenching at times.
Law sometimes dreams about if Flevance never fell, that Amber Lead got cured; him happily serving in the hospital to his parentâs approval, Lamy being the same excitable sister he knew, if only more focused on whichever career path she chose. Of peaceful family dinners, inside jokes being thrown about and general fun.
Sometimes Law dreams about if Corazon and him successfully escaped from Doflamingo. Of a goofy life on the sea with Corazon being as clumsy as ever, with Law sighing at his antics and patching up any injuries that Corazon gets. Of Corazon frowning at the tattoos Law would get, his expression bringing laughter to Law. Law, who would be collecting medical equipment because he hasnât given up on being a surgeon, with Corazon at his side but forbidden from handling any of his equipment for fear of the man somehow injuring himself.
Very rarely does he dream about his crew, but he does it. He dreams of peaceful days, of the most ridiculous events and antics that they could get into. He dreams of so many small things with them, all of them humorous. All of them relaxing in a strange way.
If weâre talking about dreams in terms of goals, he doesnât have much. His main âdreamâ was to bring down Doflamingo, to avenge Corazon. It wasnât exactly achieved in a way he was proud of, but since in essence, there was some success, heâs fine with letting it go. He still has a dream where Doflamingo is dead, to be free of the man for once and for all. Otherwise, heâs just drifting in terms of âdreams.â
