I always notice the racial bias in the film industry most when we work with extras. The main cast is always invariably mashed potatoes and the BG are the gravy. POC are the blurs walking by in the distance while two hetero whitebreads talk about whatever the conflict is in these dang movies. It makes me feel so gross.
