Hey I saw your post to someone I follow about posture harnesses for disability/hypermobility. Do you have a pattern or something I could use to make my own? As a fellow leatherworker I wouldn’t want to impress upon your time and energy when you could be making for those who can’t make for themselves, and knowing how to make them could also help me make for other friends of mine too! If you send a pattern, I will very explicitly make sure never to make money off of it; the last thing I’d want to do is steal someone’s work.
Oh I will happily share my patterns with you or anyone. And don't worry—you can make money off it if you make it. Your labor is literally your life, and you should not undervalue it. I only ask that you make the design readily available for free wherever you sell it.
