The women's classes are picking up nicely and all of the attendees are loving it. π π We've still got spaces for women so if you haven't registered yet, don't leave it too late. β°π
π₯ We've got a new piece of kit that will no doubt add some variety to the sessions. The BoxingBar is great for blocking, ducking, counter punching, footwork, improving hand & eye co-ordination, stamina, fitness, drills & circuit training.
π We've got a nice write-up in the latest edition of "Raring2Go" magazine. The publication is said to reach 18,000 families with WD post codes so many of you can expect to see a printed copy soon.
We had a very insightful and important visit from Herts Police CYP Gangs and Schools Team recently. We truly appreciate the support of the local police in helping to guide our youngsters and highlighting the negative effects of violent crime.
