Wetweave Wednesday
Hello, folks. Today, now that we've seen the introduction of Wetweave, we wanted to talk about how she came to be, just like we did with Raggie.
Her face and hair haven't changed much since their inception, but it's the clothes that make the man, as they say, and those changed a lot. The first design was a simple nightgown, but that was too "samey" and vulnerable. The overalls came next, but changed to a hoodie and sweat pants to make her look like she was from the modern day, and you can see the differences in this image here, as compared to the comic:
She carries a flail with an actual metal head as compared to Raggie's wooden sword, because she needs to have that "confidence of youth". Her choices will reflect that, both good and bad.
So say hello to Wetweave.
If you wish to read the comic, please find it here. ~A. Waxworks
