It had been early in the evening, barely 5:30 when the incident had taken place causing the blue eyed nephilim to flee the premises. The incident being a kiss, a kiss shared with Jace, one that was supposed to prove that he wasn't  in love with him. But had proved quite the opposite. And now, now he wasn't sure what to do. He'd just more or less...wandered. For hours. Into the early morning. It was nearly 4 am now. His mind looped over and over the glorious exchange and the devastating realizations after. How could it be so damning to have the thing he'd always wanted most? The thing he'd believed he'd never have for himself. But the Clave was clear on this issue. Gay? That was possibly something with wiggle room. They wouldn't like it. But Parabatai's being in love? No. That was forbidden. 

Around 4:30 AM he finally slinked back into the institute. His hair still damp, it had started raining a few hours earlier but he hadn't paid any mind. With quiet determination he walked the familiar pathway to Jace's room. Being sure to keep quiet so no one else caught him. He heaved a sigh when he reached the door, rapping lightly on it.
