I'm still here! It has been a while!
I threw myself into charcoal & pastel and fell in love all over again. Then realized my allergies were much worse. Worked out it was charcoal & pastel. Got really sad.
This is the piece I was working on when the lightbulb moment happened.
Genuine thanks to Bonny Snowdon as I wouldn't have worked out what was happening, if she hadn't talked about her own reactions to pastel!
So I am in flux. I love all the art. But I loved charcoal the most. So I am trying to work out where my direction leads!
...and I will still probably have another go at charcoal at some point to quadruple check if I can still use it...
