Question
Hey could anyone just tell me wether it’s you would lose more weight by eating ‘normally’ one day filling out all the calories of what a normal person eats for a day, or is it better to not eat anything and then eat lots of sweet, sugary, unhealthy stuff but only filling out your daily budget of calories to the half? Because my logic tells me that the first option should make you maintain your weight while with the other option you should still lose weight. But it doesn’t seem to work that way and it seems that you gain more weight by just eating a little but unhealthy than more and healthy? I don’t know if my question makes any sense but please answer in my question box if you have a clue!
