Brand New To This
Hey to anyone that may be reading this.
I am currently 'weight lost' in my life. A few years back, I had a roux-en-y done. It has helped me tremendously. I was nearing 400lbs, and now I have lost ~150lbs, but I have just held that for awhile. I want to put my name on the list to have skin removal surgery, but I want to get myself to just under 200lbs before then.
And. I am stuck. I am going to use this as another tool to help me get there. I am hoping to find awesome healthy recipes, great workout tips, etc, to help me reach my goal.
And maybe some outside moral support. That would also be nice.
