This is my Saturday night party. I had a massive chest, arms and core workout today. Tip: Do weighted ab crunches for a stronger core. Why? 1) Reduce lower back pain and 2) get well on your way to that elusive six pack. 10 reps x 4 sets. Add weight for added difficulty.
