Food Diary 5.3.12
Okay so I didn't actually get out of bed until 5pm today . . .long story. But when I did actually get up this is what I ate:
Breakfast/Lunch: Weetibix, banana, green tea and a cream egg (hey it's Easter!)
Dinner: Sausage, peppers, courgettes, chick peas, baby tomatoes and tinned tomatoes all fried together with lots of spinach. Delicious! I know the sausages weren't that "healthy" (255 calories for 2) but still it was sooo yummy.
I might have some more Weetibix later if I get hungry and I'm don't go to bed until very late. I know for a whole day this doesn't look like I've eaten that much but remember I wasn't mobile for that much of it so the calories I need to function will be down anyway.
This week has been good living on my own because I've got back into my routine of healthy eating. I wonder what the scales will say tomorrow when I get home. . . .
