I literally told a survey guy on the street that I don't care about the environment once. In my defense his opener to me was "now you look like someone who cares about the environment!" So he was basically asking for it

I basically cut out snack food accidentally bc it's expensive, but now everything sugary is TOO sugary and I barely eat any even if I'm craving it bc I get sick of it so fast. Dont know if that's a universal thing or a me thing though
From what Iāve heard from other people, that is quite common. In fact on day 4 now and things already taste really sweet when they didnāt before. Iām having hazelnut milk as my treat thing instead of hot chocolate and my mum got me some coconut milk yogurts, which are lovely but expensive. I think I crave carbohydrate type foods with high sugar partially because Iām low on energy a lot because of the long work days. I havenāt yet worked out a good replacement food for that. Iām just kind of trying to get myself to the point where Iām having sweet things as a treat rather than automatically eating them when I feel tired or sad or bored. Itās a habit and habits take about a month to break...I hope.
