Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinaigrette
Makes 1/2 cup
INGREDIENTS
1/2 head garlic
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
43 calories per tbsp, 3.4 g fat (0.5 g saturated), 3.2 g carbs, 0.1 g fiber, 0.2 g protein
Just made this for myself. Haven't let it sit for long and its already really good. I'm pretty sure its one of those things that the longer it sits the better it gets. Consider this the first recipe in the line of recipes!
Healthy Recipe Month!
In my own quest for healthy recipes, I will be compiling lists of healthy recipes and the accompanying grocery lists. If all goes well, There will be a page over there some where where you can find all the recipes I find. I plan on doing this for a week.
