Jock Gear.

We haven't really talked about what jocks wear at the gym in a while so I wanted to revisit it.

First, wear what you have. as long as you're working out you're good.

But beyond that for jocks who have the funds to dive into the look and kink of it there are a handful of styles a lot of jocks lean into. And they do overlap.

First, the suit. Compress gear from neck down. Fewer companies make full body suits now but two piece ones are common, they have a practical side in the gym and show off every part of the jock's body. Plus the fantasy of the jock belong or being taken over by the suit is very hot. Skin and Under Armour where the first big ones I saw doing it but now most fitness brands have their own gear. It's a hot look.

Then brand loyally. That jock kitted out head to toe in a single brand, Nike shoes, shorts, shirt, hat. Or maybe it Under Armour, or Gym Shark, Adidas (my personally choice), or any of the other companies that make athletic wear. What makes this one hot to me is if it's not the jock's choice. If the jock is told what his brand is. Ordered and made to wear the brand of his coach's choice.

Next we have gym that shows off the jock's skin, the muscles themselves. A frame shirts, muscles tee, shirtless, over short shorts, or tight rugby style shorts, or even looser basketball shorts, clothing that is clearly gym clothing. The kind that gets weird looks in the board room or the store.

All hot and all very nice to enjoy.

Weekly Challenge- Kink beyond the Gym

Clearly we all find jocks, gyms, and coach/jock dynamic very attractive. But I want to know what kinks all the good jocks enjoy beyond those in the gym. Do we have a lot of bondage jocks, how many gimp jocks follow me? Just interested in knowing what other kinks all the jock's have beyond forced to workout, check in, and look like a jock.

Clearly this is a day late.

We have reached the end of June which means we are just about halfway through the year.

Which means it's time to reflect, think about how the year is going, is it going the way you wanted? Are you growing and changing how you want?

What do you need to keep doing and what do you need to change?

Simple questions but now simple answers.

For me, the year is mostly going the way I wanted.

Work was more stressful than I expected due to change in management, but the parts I controlled felt better than last year so I think things are going well overall.

I'm back to working out regularly and I feel better about the weights, building back up so that feels better and better. I still struggle with my weight and not losing it as fast as I would like but I'm not stopping, just making some different changes and keep trying.

The biggest frustration is both in my control and out of it. Summer is normally the time I have the most free time to meet with kinky guys, both in person locally and online due to my schedule changes.

But this year my sister who lost her job is crashing in my guest room, which had become my kinky play room. And she will be here most of summer if not longer which just...sucks. But I do like her so I'm unwilling to kick her out.

Which just means more travel for play which is why I'm off to Denver in a week and a half.

But for the rest of the year I'm looking to keep doing what I'm doing, building up in the gym, dropping those extra pounds, working on writing, making some files.

I can and will do better, but I did okay so far this year.

Weekly Challenge- Pride/Goals

Less of a challenge and more a prompt to share. We've come to the end of pride month so what did you do? What was the highlight of the month for you?

Dumb Jock.

The idea of dump jocks have been around longer than the internet or most/all of us have been alive. Archie uses the trope for Moose back in the 40s and it's unlikely they created the idea from scratch.

So, dump jocks or himbos are not new. They also aren't uncommon, in fact the idea of himbos are very popular here and twitter and in a lot of gay fiction.

Nothing wrong with having an interest but I was talking with a jock and realized he got worried/panicked when we were doing hypnosis that he would be pushed to become a dump jock, and given his work and other goals that wasn't what he wanted.

So I felt it was time to talk about my interest.

I'm not into dumb jocks, blank subjects yes, dumb jocks/men no. I like my men smart.

I want them able to push themselves to be better, smart enough to know what they need and how to get it. I want them able to figure out better ways to serve me, figure out from contact what I like and surprise.

I like a jock/or sub, who I can talk to about events and have a real conversation with, not a brain dead jocks who just sits where and waits for me to talk and response with one or two words phrases.

Now, I'm not saying all jocks need to have PHDs or the like, but they do need to have and use the ability to do more than just obey orders and workout.

Now I know some guys like role playing the dumb jock on their twiter or tumblr and that's fine. But if you message me, drop the act. I only role play with guys after we talk over the scene and not during random messages.

There is something that is important to all good jocks but not stated as part of the mantra.

Sleep.

A good jock needs to sleep to let his body rest, recover, and build itself strong.

Now it's not always easy, during most of the year my early morning work and me liking to stay up late is a problem and limits my sleep, my goal is 7ish and I normally hit it plus or minus a half hour.

During my summer schedule it's normally easier but last night was the 4th, and if you're in the US you know what that means. Fireworks all night, they mostly seemed to stop about 3ish in the morning so I stopped getting woke up by then, but that meant I slept in late.

Which is fine, that happens and it was a holiday so it's not like that's every Saturday night, at least not for me.

The next week or so the fireworks will keep me up later than I normally would be, at least the next couple nights, I'm off to Denver on Tuesday to see my Toy and I'll find out how common fireworks are there in the week after the 4th.

But no matter what I will get my sleep. I'll workout, break down those muscles, and then eat and rest to grow better ones.

Something every good jock should be doing, so how much sleep do you get each night jocks?

Weekly Challenge- morning workout again

The challenge this week is about getting that body moving in the morning. Early in the year we had the morning workout, we're doing it again. The challenge is to start your day with a movement, I'm going 20 pushups, but you can do sit ups, lunges, flutter kicks, whatever it is you know you can do, if you just make yourself do it.

Long distance can be hard

And thanks to the internet it's easier than ever to find guys who match our interests. Our hobbits and kinks.

But the chances are also greater than ever that they live nowhere near you. Maybe it's a 3 hour drive, maybe it's an 8 hour flight.

Which means you have to try and find ways to make it work (or not).

This can mean getting creative with kinks. Videos and message apps make this one a little easier and some kinks work better with this than others.

it means working with both your schedules to try and to communicate with them in real time when it's your morning and their night. This is the one I have the hardest time with as I'm really only able to message set hours due to sleep and work.

It means planning trips to meet, setting that time aside for each other.

It means you have to work at it.

just like your body. Good things take work.

Weekly Challenge- Pushups

Drop and give me 20. Each day the target is 20 pushups. Morning, night, during breaks. Make it happen and report in.

Show off and enjoy the weather.

For many of us it's summer, not for everyone sadly, but if it is it's time to get outside and enjoy the progress you've made. Even if you're not perfect go for it, you don't have to be Ken to hit the beach and show off your gains.

If the water isn't your thing run/walk loops at the park. This is how I first met my Titan, we met at a local park and just walked for a couple hours as we talked and got to know each other in person and not just words in a text box.

This is the time of year to get outside and enjoy yourself.

Personally every summer I start my days with a run, only about 1.5 miles and a jog it so it takes me 20ish minutes between not going after and waiting for lights/cars but it's a good way to start the day and something I can only do during summer because of weather/time/safety so I enjoy it when it happens.

Also if my Titan gets his tail back over here maybe I'll take my pup for another walk in the park...

Weekly Challenge- Outside Jock

Do something outside. For half the world it's summer which means get outside, do a ruck, run, warm up for your workout, full workout, hike, swim, just get outside and into the sun, still be safe but enjoy the sun and report what you did.
