Week 7: Exploration This non-human kookaburra was sitting on one of the trees in my āNo-Placeā Sunken Garden. Every now and then while I am sitting in my āNo-Placeā I hear a loud kookaburra sound and I would look up the trees and see it sitting there peacefully. I love how the bird sits there minding its own environment. If no one haram it the bird just sits there and enjoy its āNo-Placeā too just like me. The kookaburra was sitting on the branch and looking down, then all the sudden he would fly down to the grass area and pull out a worm. I jumped when the kookaburra flew down because I thought he was going to attack me and my biggest fear is bird. I donāt like when they fly toward me and not knowing if they are going to attack or place somewhere else. Its wings were spread wide open making it double its sitting size. The wings were different shades of brown with the colour brown breaking the rhythm on the brown colours. I sat there staring at the size, shape, colours and the structure kookaburra. When the bird was on the tree it seems so small and harmless but when it flew for food it body size increased and so did my fear. The kookaburra had a long blackish brown beak which dug up the worm from the grass. I didnāt see the worm but I imagine it was. After eating its food, it flew back to its starting position and started making a loud bird screaming sound so I decided to leave the area because it sounded angry, mad or upset. Maybe the food was tasty or enjoyable.
