Update
So -- if y'all couldn't tell, I haven't been working out much lately due to a seriously heinous work schedule BUT if all goes accordingly, we will pass our budget on the 1st and I will be able to resume some sort of normalcy again with my routine (sleep, exercise and eating).
I wanted to post something of a "preview" for my next week, similar to what I had done months on end here, but with the understanding things may go awry because of conference/session.
