100 Wedding Tips Every Bride Should Know
Congrats! You're newly engaged and eager to dive in to planning the details of the big day. Before you get overwhelmed by the choices, costs and innumerable possibilities, read these tips that every bride should know.
Planning
Set the date! Make sure you leave plenty of time for planning details and coordinating vendors. A wedding checklist may help you keep tasks and timing in order.
Outline a budget. Set the budget so you know what youâre working with from the get-go.
Consider time of day. There may be a time of day that fits you and your significant otherâs personalities, party style, budget, or guest list best.
Wedding Party. Itâs never too early to ask and get the commitment.
Research Vendors. Pick up some local wedding magazines and hit the net to scope out whatâs out there.
Ask around. Ask a few friends for their advice and what they learned from planning their own special day.
The ones you love. Make sure the people that are important to you know how you would like for them to be included.
Consider wedding size. Will it be a large bash or a smaller more intimate gathering?
Help needed. Loved ones asking how they can help? Set up an online list of helpful tasks and allow them to sign up and help as they can.
Location/Venue/Atmosphere
Book in advance. Many venues book up very far in advance. Narrow down a short list and make visits as soon as possible!
From here to there. Consider travel distance between ceremony and reception.
Back up plan. Outdoor venue? Consider weather influences and always have a âPlan B.â
Beautiful âAs isâ. DĂŠcor not your thing? Find a beautiful venue that already has a look you love.
Seasonal dĂŠcor. If youâre getting married near a holiday or other special time of year, make sure to ask if the venue will be decorated in a special way.
Food and drinks. Ask about banquet permits and alcohol license needs. Donât assume anything!
Consider room flow. You will want a space where you will be able to mix and mingle with guests easily.
Ask for referrals! See if your venue has recommendations for other vendors since they are likely to have worked well in the past.
Guest list
Talk about it. Itâs a conversation to have early on with your fiancĂŠ. Establishing a guest list can get VERY complicated if you donât set parameters.
Traveling guests? Consider how many out-of-town guests you will have to plan for.
Lots of out-of-towners? Consider setting up activities for the weekend or couple days surrounding your big day so they can meet others and visit.
Discuss family needs. Who will you want involved in the ceremony, reception, etc.? Set clear expectations from the beginning.
Save the drama. Handle family issues with grace. Have conversations with those that may need to be reminded to put personal issues aside for one day.
Undercover agents. Itâs not unreasonable to âassignâ a trusted friend to keep an eye on a guest that you are worried about getting out of hand.
Keep people in the loop. Set up a wedding website where you can post important details that guests will need to know.
Hotels. Itâs always nice for the couple to set up hotel options and block rooms for guests.
Welcome basket. Welcome traveling guests at the hotel with gift bags including a few simple treats or some information about the location where they are visiting.
Budget
Discuss budget EARLY. Planning a wedding can get expensive and you will need to set parameters.
Whoâs contributing? Give family members the chance to help financially however they feel comfortable.
Prioritize. Decide what is most important to you and your fiancĂŠ. Plan your budget accordingly so you donât blow too much of it on a low-priority item.
Leave some reserve funds. There are always little things that will pop up later on, so donât plan your initial budget estimates down to the very last dollar.
Plan for tips. Plan in advance for vendors that you will need to provide a tip to for day-of services.
Gifts. Many couples give gifts to the special people involved in their big day, like parents and bridal party members. Set money aside for this.
Consider assistance. Know someone who is great with money that has asked how they can help? Put them in charge of your budget to keep you accountable.
Establish a range. When speaking with vendors have a budget range in mind. This may eliminate some vendors before you get in too far.
DIY. Need to save in certain areas? Get creative. Enlist crafty friends and family to help you create the look and feel you are going for.
The Ceremony
Select an officiant/pastor. Does your ceremony location provide one, or do you need to find your own?
Marital counseling. Are there any requirements you must meet before walking down the aisle?
Get your marriage license. Thatâs kind of important, err, necessary, and the ceremony wonât happen without one.
Consider the feel. Will your ceremony be formal or not?
Timing. Length of the ceremony may be something you want to discuss with whoever will be marrying you.
Vows! Discuss with your fiancĂŠ if you will be exchanging traditional vows or writing your own.
Kids or no kids. If you would prefer guests not bring children to the ceremony, make sure this is clear. You may even want to have childcare available.
Choose words wisely. Carefully consider scriptures, poems and songs that will be part of your day. Make it meaningful.
Guestbook. Have everyone sign a guestbook so you can look back on the special people who were a part of your big day!
Programs. Provide a printed program to guests when they arrive. If you need someone to hand them out, choose someone who may know the majority of guests â itâs a nice warm welcome!
Reception Considerations
Does your caterer⌠cater? Whether youâll be providing a sit down meal or hors dâoeuvres, make sure your caterer has options for those with diet restrictions.
Music sets the mood. Create the atmosphere you desire by choosing you music option with care. Will a DJ help to get the party going or is a live band more your style? Some may even opt for an iPod with a playlist.
Whoâs directing traffic and flow? Make sure you have a point person for the reception activities. It is helpful to have someone keeping things on pace.
Money and tips. You my find that certain companies outsource people to handle day-of tasks. Ask in advance if it is necessary to tip those individuals.
Favors. Donate to a charity in your guestsâ honor or provide an item they can use later, like a matchbook. Make it personal by having your initials printed on it.
Selecting Wedding Vendors
Do your research. You want dependable people and companies involved so that you can stress less that day.
Create a short list. Researching vendors online and in magazines as well as collecting recommendations from others is a good place to start.
Hire a professional. If the task just seems too overwhelming, consider getting a wedding planner to help you shorten the list of options out there.
Donât rush. It may take time to find the right people or companies to handle each task. Know it doesnât all come together immediately.
Ask for proof. Are you going for a specific wedding theme â perhaps a beachy, rustic or theatrical flair? Find vendors that have created the look before and always have them provide examples of their work.
Use your head. Listen to recommendations from the vendor, but donât be afraid to ask questions, negotiate or ask for other options.
Face to face meetings. You are juggling a lot, but it is still smart to meet in person and not take their website as their word.
Under pressure. If a vendor is putting unnecessary pressure on you to commit before you are ready, it may be a red flag. The goal is to feel good about the decisions you make.
Pre-Wedding Celebrations
Bridal showers. Celebrate with friends and family at a bridal shower! Gather those you love for a more intimate-sized party a couple weeks or months before the big day.
Guests and gifts. If you have registered for wedding gifts, make sure you have plenty items on the list to accommodate all guests, and use stores that are convenient to those attending.
Donât duplicate. If you are having multiple showers, watch for guest duplication. Inviting guests to more than one can make you appear selfish or unorganized.
Consider an engagement party. At an engagement party guests wonât feel obligated to bring a gift. The party can be elaborate or totally informal and include guys and gals.
Consider groups. If you run in several different circles and it seems overwhelming to try and include everyone, divide people into separate events.
Themed parties. Have party-throwers set up a themed shower where guests choose gifts with a certain idea in mind. Suggestions include a âstock the bar,â âkitchen essentials,â âbarbeque,â or âaround the clock,â where gests buy a gift based on a time of day.
Hostess gifts. Make sure you get a little something for the fabulous hosts that throw a little something special in your honor!
Bachelorette Celebration. Whether itâs a girlâs weekend away, a spa day or a fun girlâs night filled with your favorite activities, coordinate a fun way to celebrate your last days of being single in style.
Wedding Party Brunch. Some couples host a bridal party or family brunch prior to or early on the wedding day. Connect with those close to you before it gets crazy!
Registry Tips
Consult a friend. Someone who has registered before may provide insight into what worked and what did not.
Focus on needs. Focus on necessities and think long-term when you are walking around the store scanning or on the website clicking.
Get creative! If you donât need many standard household items, create a honeymoon registry, a registry where you encourage guests to buy stock in your name, or even a charity registry!
Groomâs registry. Creating a registry can seem boring and monotonous and letâs face it, your groom may not care what sheets you get. Yet, when it comes to the things he does care about, let him have some say!
Go GREEN
Buy vintage! Consider a vintage wedding dress or choose eco-friendly attire.
Natural light. Choose an outdoor location or an earlier time of day so you can use less lighting indoors.
Email invitations! Coordinate your entire guest list, collect RSVPâs and even gather meal preferences through online sign ups; such as SignUpGenius.
Love the earth. Use eco-friendly paper for programs, favors or other paper needs. Now you can even find plant-able seed paper that can be printed with environmentally friendly ink!
Something borrowed. Borrow dĂŠcor or rent it for less waste.
Go digital. Digital photos will save the money and chemical processing that goes into film photography.
Wedding website hub. Create a wedding website to get important information and dates out to your guests.
Perfecting Your Wedding Day Look
Selecting a dress. When selecting your wedding day attire, keep an open mind! Try on many options and make sure you factor in comfort.
Be patient. Some brides âjust knowâ the moment they put that dress on that it is made for them. If thatâs not you, thatâs ok. Take your time!
Veil. Whether itâs to the floor or short and sweet, a full headpiece or none at all, anything goes, so stick with the choice thatâs right for you.
Dancing shoes. Choose comfy shoes and break them in before the big day.
Hair. Hire a professional or if you are able do your own hair, do it. Make sure to do a run-through before the day-of so you know what to expect!
Makeup. Keep it natural, clean and fresh. You may consider asking your photographer for any tips about what looks best in photos, but do not go outside of your comfort zone.
Emergency kit. Stock a day-of emergency kit with a couple essentials â lip gloss, hand lotion, band-aids, mints, a small comb and anything else could come in handy in a pinch!
Get rest! It may be challenging with all the excitement, but it will help you feel your very best.
Stay hydrated. Make sure you are drinking and eating so you stay healthy and nourished leading up to and during your wedding day.
Document the Day
Discuss photography style. Choose a photographer that âgetsâ you and the style that you want.
Set up site for sharing. One great way to see all the photos from friends and family is to set up a photo sharing website where people can upload.
Make a list. Develop an image list for your photographer of âmust-haveâ shots, so you donât forget to get that photo taken with certain people or settings.
Photo booth fun. Many companies offer opportunities for your guests to get in front of the camera in a photo booth style set up â props and all. This can offer a lot of added fun for all.
No tech? Worried about people sharing dozens of photos on social media before you get the first look? Consider telling your guests youâd prefer to have a âno techâ wedding.
Remember the Meaning of the Day
Plan ahead! Make sure things are done prior so you can actually enjoy your wedding day!
Marriage should be the focus. Itâs wise to keep reminding yourself throughout the whole wedding planning process â itâs not just the wedding day that matters, itâs every day that comes after i
Stay grounded. Keep people close to you that can provide a sense of calm through the chaos and who can help you make good, quick decisions if need be.
Make time for the special people. Set aside specific time for those you are close to during your wedding weekend or the weekend will pass before you realize you didnât get that extra time.
Express yourself. Exchange a card or letter to be opened the day-of the wedding â write something truly from the heart to the special person you will be sharing the rest of your life with.
Be thankful. On your wedding day, pause from time to time and take in all the love that surrounds you!
One-on-one time. Plan time with your groom amidst the craziness so you can connect.
Hereâs to you creating the wedding youâve always dreamed of. Best wishes as you set out on the wedding planning journey!

Hi Tumblr!! Did not realize I went 3 years without posting. My 13th year of photographing weddings has come to a wrap (phone pic of the last venue)!!
Iâve been collecting thoughts throughout the year about some wedding tips that I havenât previously mentioned:
â˘Appropriate shoes. Canât tell ya how many weddings Iâve shot outside in the grass and people are sinking into the ground because theyâre wearing heels. Best to make a note of it to people participating in the wedding and your guests.
â˘Make water easily accessible. Going up the the bartender for a glass of water when there is a line is not ideal. Have water stations set up with cups on the side, especially during summer weddings.
â˘Cooling stations! Speaking of summer, if youâre having an outdoor wedding, please please please have a cooling station with shade, water, sunscreen, and fans. Bonus for bug spray.
Might come up with more later on! And hopefully Iâll start posting more often. Got a large backlog from COVID projects, etc.
Hereâs that post from a few years back on more tips:
I've been thinking for a long time about writing more about being in the wedding industry and things I've learned from photographing wedding

The Bottom Line
I. SHOPPING
Every girl loves shopping, especially bridal shopping. You must have bridal goals for shopping as well. But, know that bridal shopping is not the same as regular shopping. You need to be very careful while you buy for your wedding. So, we suggest making a list of items that you want to buy. Youâll need to buy several items, such as bridal outfits, bridal jewelry, makeup, shoes, etc. Also, create a wedding budget for bridal shopping and accordingly spend your money.
Take a look at the list of things youâll need to buy:
1. Bridal Attire
Wedding shopping is important. Whatever you will buy for your D Day will impact your overall look significantly. Therefore, it is crucial that you spend your money on the right bridal attire.
You might have loved your friendâs bridal outfit a lot, and you might be tempted to buy the same dress. But we would suggest you control your emotions.
Donât mind my words.
Understand that every bride is unique in her own way. Your physical characteristics may differ from hers. Your friend may have worn an A-line gown; it will most likely not look good on you. Why not try on a ball gown or another style that flatters your figure?
Yes, we want you to look your best, and we believe you do, too. Therefore, the rule of thumb is to never be swayed by others. Look for a dress that flatters your body type rather than what flatters others.
2. Bridal Jewelry
Everything, from the clothing to the jewelry, should be flawless. Shop for wedding jewelry that is as stunning as you are. Bridal jewelry styles range from simple pearl wedding jewelry to large statement pieces. All you have to do is choose the one that will perfectly illuminate your special day.
Consider your personal style, gown, and other accessories when selecting your wedding jewelry. You can opt for pearls, crystals, diamonds, etc. Make sure whatever you choose complements your style. Pearls are great to create an eclectic look, while crystal pieces are gorgeously glam and will add sparkle and shine to your special day. The choice is yours! Balance is essential, so make sure your bracelet, necklace, and earring choices complement your dress and other accessories.
3. Bridal Makeup
How could I overlook the makeup, which creates a nice link between the brideâs gown and the ornaments? Yes, aside from wedding gowns and jewelry, the most important thing for a bride for her special day is a perfect makeup kit that she can use even after the wedding.
A bridal makeup kit is essential not only on the wedding day but also after the wedding. Following the wedding, there will be numerous events, invitations, dinners, and lunches to attend. And it is almost obligatory for a bride to look beautiful even after the wedding.
Make sure to invest in high-quality makeup products. Do not waste money on products that you donât need. You can consider reading our article on MUST-HAVE makeup items.
Also, choosing an experienced Bridal Makeup Artist is indispensable. Make sure you choose the best makeup artist in the town. The best doesnât mean expensive!
4. Bridal Shoe
Finding the best type of bridal shoe to go with her gorgeous gown is the topmost priority for every bride to complete her wedding day ensemble. Some brides would prefer to go with fashion, while others would opt for comfort. Whatever your priorities are, your wedding-day shoes play an important role at the end of the day. Know that youâre going to wear your bridal shoe for a very long time, like throughout a solid 15-plus hour.
So, make sure you buy the right footwear for the day. Donât just be enticed by the style; see your comfort as well. Also, donât buy your bridal footwear online; go to the store, try your shoe from every aspect, design, style, comfort, etc. If the piece has everything, youâre good to go.
Pro Tip: Buy your shoe after you have bought your bridal outfit. Also, keep your wedding venue in mind while you buy bridal footwear.
II. BODY
Another most important bridal goal to look her best at her wedding is to have beautiful and glowing skin. Here is what you shall do to achieve your goals:
5. Take good care of your skin
Glowing dark skin looks far better than dull white skin. Hopefully, you know that your skin is the largest organ of your body. So, it is crucial to take very good care of it.
Essentially, your skincare regimen begins with a shower. As a result, it is strongly advised to use only mild body cleansers that are gentle on your skin, such as Pears, Dove, and Johnsons & Johnsons baby wash. Using harsh soaps or cleansers can harm your skin.
Furthermore, exfoliating your skin once a week can help you de-tan and have a great skin tone before the wedding. Body polishing and regular massages also help in achieving bridal goals of having glowing skin. Begin the process a year before your wedding. Continue this practice for the rest of your life if you want to have baby-like skin.
6. Consult a dermatologist
If you have a skin allergy or a skin disorder, you should see a dermatologist. Since the treatment will take some time, you should visit the dermatologist at least a year before your wedding. Delaying the process wonât help you at all.
7. Dry brushing
Dry brushing provides additional skin benefits such as exfoliation and increased blood circulation. To put it simply, it removes toxins from our bodies, allowing us to have beautiful skin. Should begin at least a half-year in advance.
8. De-tanning
Tanning is inevitable, especially if you travel a lot for work or personal reasons. But with proper care and the right regime, you can avoid tanning. If you have tanned skin, do something to de-tan.
Wondering what you should do?
There are several options for de-tanning your skin. Like, you can visit a reputable parlor for de-tan treatment. There are Spray tans that can help you get rid of tan. You can even do it at home with basic home remedies like chickpea powder scrub is excellent for de-tanning at home.
Here is the recipe:
Take four spoons of chickpea powder, two spoons of curd, and half lemon juice. Mix all the items in a small bowl.
How to use:
Apply the chickpea mixture to your body. Scrub when it starts to dry. Wash with lukewarm water and pat dry. Donât forget to apply a chemical-free moisturizer after washing.
Pro Tip: Make sure to cover yourself and apply a good sunscreen lotion before you go out during the daytime. Make it a habit and begin at least a year before your wedding.
III. FACIAL SKIN
At your wedding, your face will be the center of attention. Of course, everyone at the wedding will be staring at your face. As a result, having flawless skin is one of the most important bridal goals. But you canât deny that having a perfect skin tone takes a lot of effort and time.
Most brides rely solely on their wedding makeup, not realizing that makeup does not add to your skin; rather, your skin adds to your makeup. Whatever the state of your skin is, it will show no matter how much you try to hide it.
So, hereâs what you should do to have beautiful skin at your wedding:
9. De-stressing helps greatly
The most serious issue is stress, which can lead to a slew of other issues and skin disorders, none of which are ideal for wedding photos.
As a result, you must manage your stress. Do what you enjoy, spend time with people you like, and meditate on a regular basis. Doing things you enjoy and practicing meditation can help you manage your stress and have beautiful glowing skin at your wedding. Start practicing at least a year in advance.
10. Eat healthy food
If you tend to eat junk, then youâre indirectly damaging your skin. Believe it or not, junk or fried food affects your skin adversely, which will impact your bridal look on D Day. So, if you want to have flawless skin by your wedding, eat a lot of lean protein, seasonal fruits, green vegetables, juices, nuts, etc. All these will not only help you stay healthy but also let you have glowing skin.

11. Drink a lot of water
Drinking a lot of water can help you have fantastic skin. Water is one of the best fluids that releases toxins from your body and lets you have flawless skin. Make sure you drink at least 8 â 10 glasses of water daily. Besides, drinking a lot of juices, like pomegranate juice, pineapple juice, etc., can help you have beautiful skin. Start the process at least 5 â 6 months before your wedding. This will allow you to have perfect digestion and glowing skin.
12. Meet a dermatologist
If you have any skin problems, like acne, eczema, etc., then you must visit a reputable dermatologist. Meeting a dermatologist is crucial to getting proper treatment for your skin disorders. Furthermore, simply visiting a dermatologist will not suffice; you must adhere to the regimen religiously in order to obtain the best wedding photographs possible.
If you want to achieve your dream skin, you must begin at least a year before your wedding!
13. Get regular facials by an aesthetician
If your skin requires some attention, it is always a good idea to consult with a reputable aesthetician in your area who can help you prepare your skin for the big day. Get facials at regular intervals as recommended by your aesthetician, and start the process nine months before your wedding.
14. Say âNOâ to smoking and drinking
Your wedding is the time when your skin should be flawless and beautiful from within, and this is only possible if you quit smoking and drinking.
These habits, particularly smoking, cause severe damage to your body, which eventually shows up on your skin. Excessive alcohol consumption is also harmful to oneâs health. That is why it is advised to quit smoking and drinking in order to achieve your bridal goals and look your best at your wedding.
15. Exfoliate your skin regularly
Our skin cells die over time due to heat, outside conditions, temperature, and pollution. Exfoliating your skin at regular intervals is therefore recommended for removing dead cells from the skin. At the very least, twice a month. Exfoliation combined with a brightening serum yields the best results, allowing you to have radiant skin. Begin the planning process at least 5 â 6 months before the wedding.
16. Get rid of unwanted facial hair
If you have unwanted facial hair, getting it removed with laser therapy is the best way to get rid of them. The process is expensive, with one session costing between $250 and $500. However, the results are effective and well worth the investment. Make sure to begin the process at least 9 â 12 months before the wedding.
17. Follow a proper skincare regimen
Skincare regimen includes CTM. CTM is cleansing, toning, and moisturizing. Following a skincare regime will help you have fantastic skin. Donât sleep with your makeup. No matter how tired you are, remove your makeup, clean your face with good quality face wash, apply toner, and finally moisturize your skin with night cream.
CTM opens your pores and assists you in removing all of the dead cells and pollutants from your skin, leaving you with a bright and beautiful glow.
IV. HAIR
Purchasing a beautiful wedding gown is not enough to ensure that you look your best on your wedding day. You must have the best hairstyle for the day that complements your wedding attire. And for the best hairstyle, your hair should be that way.
Hereâs what you should do to achieve your bridal hair goals:
18. Hair color and treatment
If youâre thinking about getting your hair colored or getting keratin treatment for your wedding, plan ahead of time. Have a clear goal in mind for what and how you want your hair to be colored. Do some online research to get some ideas. Itâs good to go for hair color or keratin treatment at least a year ahead of your wedding. By that time, youâll know whether or not a particular color or straight hair would go with your overall look.
Pro tip: Avoid trying hair color just before the wedding because if your color doesnât look good, youâll have no option to get rid of it.
19. Hair care
Good hair care includes washing, conditioning, and regular massaging.
Balance is the key! Donât overdo anything. Over-shampooing can cause significant damage to your hair. As a result, it is preferable to wash your hair less frequently and with a mild shampoo that is free of chemicals and parabens. Also, condition your hair after every wash. Using homemade masks or conditioners is preferred. Conditioning your hair on a regular basis will help you keep it looking beautiful. You can also give your hair a nice oil massage to avoid damaged and split hairs.
Remember, good hair care can go a long way. Begin the process a year in advance, and continue it for the lifetime to have gorgeous hair.
20. Wedding day hairstyle
It is critical that you plan your wedding hairstyle ahead of time. It should not be a spur-of-the-moment decision on the day of your wedding. Discuss it with your hairstylist and get her opinion. Also, do a lot of online research and bring some of your favourite hairstyles to your stylist so he/she knows what you want.
If your natural hair lacks volume or if your wedding hairstyle requires some extra length, go for hair extensions. Extensions can help you achieve a variety of hairstyles on the big day. Begin the process at least three months prior to your wedding.
V. TEETH
Of course, your teeth play an essential role in your wedding ensemble. People would be envious of your flawless smile. Your teeth must be sparkling white for this (and otherwise also). Hereâs what youâll need to do to get those pearly whites:
21. Oral care
Make sure you take good care of your teeth. Brushing and flossing your teeth twice a day is recommended. Start oil pulling as well, as it not only helps you maintain your oral health but also helps you achieve a perfect jawline. Furthermore, make sure to use an ADA-approved mouthwash after each meal.
22. Consult your dentist
Aside from regular oral care, a visit to the dentist before your wedding is a must. Because most stains caused by the consumption of tea/coffee/alcohol, etc., remain even after brushing. Therefore, it is preferable to visit your doctor and have your teeth cleaned to remove those stains. Begin the process at least a year before your wedding because dental issues take time.
23. Dental care for the D Day
Thatâs why It is recommended to use straws whenever drinking tea/coffee or alcohol as part of your dental care. That may sound peculiar, but alcohol and coffee leave stains on teeth, which may impact your wedding photos. Start doing it 6 months prior to your wedding.
Besides, you can even consider using tooth whitening pastes and strips to have that impeccable smile. Numerous tooth whitening pastes and strips are available on the market.
*Consult your dentist before using these pastes.
VI. HANDS, NAILS & FEET
Your nails, hands, and feet are also crucial to achieving the perfect look for your wedding. Nails may appear to be a minor part of your body, but keep in mind that they are the most visible if not coordinated with the rest of your outfit.
Here is how to achieve your bridal goals for healthy nails and beautiful hands and feet:
24. Nail care
If you want to have beautiful nails on D Day, begin massaging your nails with vitamin E-rich oil. Vitamin E-rich oil will help you have strong, healthy nails. Begin the process at least a year before the event, as healthy nails take time to develop.
25. Hands and feet care
Your hands and feet play an important role when it comes to having the best bridal look. Thatâs why you must take care of them as well. Finally, the critical consideration is your bridal makeup. Wedding day and bridal makeup is an inseparable part. It is essential to put in a lot of effort and time in choosing the best. 30. Choose the right makeup artist
There are thousands of makeup artists to choose from, but having an expert makeup artist can help you look your best at your wedding. For you, your wedding day is the only time youâll be the talk of the town, so you should spend every penny on a good makeup artist, at least for your special day. Spend a good amount on makeup, just like you would on any other aspect of your wedding. You can use the internet to find a good Bridal Makeup Artist ahead of time. Asking around for recommendations for a good makeup artist or someone who specializes in bridal makeup will also help you achieve your goal. Book your artist beforehand. If you do not book ahead of time for a wedding session, you will have a very difficult time getting their appointment.
