You need to create a large sized text box. Click on the "Insert" section and click on "Text". This part should contain the initials of the newlyweds and additional elements (if desired).

Enter the first letters of the bride and groom, try different options of fonts that the program offers. Choose the one you like the most, increase it to 180-200 in the Font Size window. On the Internet you can find a lot of downloadable options for creating monograms for the wedding.
